2. Content of this hands-on workshop:

– how toxins have a compounding effect on weight gain
– various ways to detoxify, activating the lymphatic system
– mitochondria health – why it is the most important factor
– high calorie foods which do not promote weight gain
– taming our food cravings, programming the mind
– what to eat, when to eat, how much to eat
– the right foods not only help us control weight, they also
– help cleanse our bodies, boost energy levels, invigorate health

3. Interaction:

– lymphatic detox (shaking like a tree)
– form teams of 2-3 to discuss views and experiences
– operate power blender to make smoothies
– fine-tune the smoothies’ taste to their own and their family’s preferences
– discuss implementation steps for weight control in real life
– ask questions
