For example, we had actually been making smoothies and salads for our daily meals. But, both our children are very choosy and had much difficulty accepting the smoothies and salads.
Fortunately, I learned a lot from this retreat:
Lady’s finger can be eaten raw.
How to prepare a tasty meal from raw vegetables.
How to make the muesli porridge, which was a unanimous favourite of everyone at the retreat. So, as a mother, I can easily prepare food that everyone likes.
Practice eating more raw meals from only once a day to twice or more.
The retreat was only for 3 days, but the bonding in this group is solid, and the unity made this retreat fun. We can still keep in touch to continue the friendship.
Now, I have more choices and ideas for making healthy, tasty food for my children and husband. I think my children will like them.
